Applying for the Gates Scholarship: Community Event
FREE August 31st 3:30p.m. - 5:00p.m.
Blurb: The Gates Scholarship is a national scholarship for college and is a two-step application process, the first deadline being September 15, 2025. Join us to learn more about the scholarship, its requirements and how to apply. Competitive and worth it, this scholarship is worth reviewing for those looking to pay for college. Money for College: FAFSA Community Event
FREE October 13th 2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m.
Blurb: The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is a government program that helps students pay for college. There are requirements and an application is required which asks for personal financial information from applicants and, most times, parents. The application becomes available October 1st annually and money is provided on a first- come, first-served basis for those who qualify. Join us as we discuss the program and application process.
