Welcome & Orientation:

]Welcome: Join us as we orient audience members to the event. It is best to arrive on tine so that you are able to get all of the instructions and the purpose of the Open Forum Event. 

As you arrive, can explore stations.

This an open event. The Station Orientation (which can be accessed via the web, by clicking on the QR code on the station menu, or by scanning a paper copy of the QR code- found in the library auditorium, via your smart device. Headphones are encouraged if you joining in person. Especially if planning to stay in the library auditorium.).

​If you plan to leave the auditorium for the Open Forum portion of the event, (4:15 PM - 5:00 PM), please plan to be back in in the auditorium by 5:00 PM for the Open Forum.  

Open Forum Stations: 

Join us. As you register, you are asked a series of questions that are instrumental in planning the stations.

The stations reflect the information you are seeking, maybe not all of it- but we encourage you to explore. 

​If you plan to leave the auditorium for the Open Forum portion of the event, (4:15 PM - 5:00 PM), please plan to be back in in the auditorium by 5:00 PM for the Open Forum.  ​

- Please plan on staying for the entire event, you will gain the most from this event if you plan to be there for its entirety.
